Auto Pilot
I have had a really bad week. It’s been a busy week for school. I have been going through the motions of my life with barely any thought. Wake up. Go to school. Go to kung fu. Go to sleep. There is nothing meaningful about it. I feel like I have no time to rest, that I don’t deserve it.

Favourite word this week: Occluded -
stop, close up, or obstruct (an opening, or passage)
But there IS so much meaning in what you are doing! Auto pilot is common for all of us. Like you, I hate being on auto pilot because that usually means I am not living mindfully. However, reflecting upon what you have told this week, there is a lot there. School and kung fu. These are great investments. Revel in the fact that you get to invest so much of your time to bettering yourself. Knowledge and discipline and two things that are going to serve you very well throughout your life. Be grateful for your life and the opportunities you are able to take advantage of.
