 In preparation for the IHC year I made a weekly plan for my requirements, throughout the first week of the rabbit year I have been following almost everything nicely. Everything except my forms, which I am having troubles starting because I am losing my intent extremally fast. I have also created a spreadsheet to track my numbers. It is helping me understand what I need to do more of and a really good way to make sure I stay on track. The first week of the new IHC year is the first step, all I need to do now is continue.

Hello, my name Aviva Csillag and I use they/them pronouns. I am the youngest of the Csillag family. I have been studying kung fu since I was 3 years old. I joined the I Ho Chuan team in order to be more engaged in kung fu. I'm excited for this upcoming year and I am hoping it is a year of a lot of growth inside and outside of the kwoon. But I'm also scared that this will be to hard and I wont make it.
